Today 5/16 I ordered The JM Classic Rib Eye Steak Sandwich
6 oz. Rib eye steak, char grilled to perfection, smothered in sautéed onions and mushrooms, served with homemade potato chips, lettuce, pickle and tomato on a hoagie bun.
With fries and a 20 oz coke. this was at 5:45pm - it was supposed to be at my home (1 mile from my house) it arrived at 7pm.
What I received was a burnt crappy piece of meat, cheese and onions. 5 fries. that was it.
The total on line came to with tip $16.06 - the delivery dude only charged $9.00...but that was because he forgot the coke.
I called to complain about not receiving a good meal and what was missing to a supervisor, there is no tomato/lettuce or chips that come with the meal. ????
It is stated that way on the on-line menu.
Then it should have been changed or a call should have been made. Plus the burnt meat and no coke...
When I stated that it was the worse meal I have ever had and would never order from them again...
I did not even get to finish, the supervisor had hung up on me.
Run away, do not order from them...
