Absolutely HORRIBLE Service!! Major Disappointment!

My fiance and I had reservations at 8pm on Valentine's Day for Prime93 restaurant. When we arrived, we checked in and were told that our table would be ready in a few minutes because the people were paying their bill. While we were waiting we grabbed a drink at the bar. I noticed that 3 tables in the lounge were open (we requested to sit in the lounge) Finally after waiting 20 minutes, we were seated at one of the tables that were open the entire time. The host walked us over to the table which had napkins and plates on it but obviously it wasn't whipped off because there was still crumbs and spilled food from the previous guests. After finally getting someone to wipe off the table and waiting another 5 minutes the waitress came over to get our order. She asked for our order and I had to bring it to her attention that we did not know what we wanted to eat because no one brought us over any menus. I ordered a glass of wine to drink while we looked over the menu. After a while the waitress came back to get our order (still with no glass of wine) I asked her where my wine was and she said oh, I put it in at the bar but no ones got around to getting it yet. There was no I'm sorry or I will check on that for you. It took 40 minutes for us to even get our order appetizer of escargot. I ordered the 12oz strip steak and when I got it, it was over the moon salty. Almost to the point it was inedible. I would have loved another glass of wine to wash it down with but our waitress never even came to ask how our dinner was. This was my first experience at Prime 93 since it was changed from Nick Anthes and I do have to say it was not a pleasant one. I was very disappointed with the service and the whole restaurant. I am a business owner and I appreciate when my customers bring to my attention any dissatisfaction they might have with my company so that I can fix it for the next customer. I emailed my dissatisfaction to the owners and they never even contacted me back. My advice.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!

Still as good as ever

My husband and I dined at Prime Anthe's last evening and everything was wonderful, beginning with our greeting when we entered the restaurant, followed by the wait staff, the perfect dinner and dessert, a visit by the manager, and the good-byes as we left. We dined by reservation, and it was our first visit in many years. It just couldn't have been any better.

I go to prime at anthe's often. I wanted to say that some people just can not be pleased and don't let them be a reason to destroy something that is wonderful! Prime at Anthe's always has Amazing food, and quick service. It is a shame that some people are trying to destroy a good name in the food fine dining industry. The best thing to Order when you go is probably the Asian Pierogies as your appetizer and the Filet of Beef Tournadoes.

I recently went to Prime at Anthes, to try it out after the transition of Bahas, Gano, Mcdonnell, all i can say is OMG. It was the most wonderful experience I have ever had. The server was wonderful, she was well educated on all the menu items, was able to answer any questions i had, attentive, very pleasant. To switch hands, the food was the best food I have had at Anthes in years, you can definitely tell the chefs there take pride in what is served to a table. No matter what you like you will always find something to like on there well selected menu. Also the prices of Anthes has went down. What better can you get. This is defenitely going to be one of my weekly stops, and i also want to add,the hostess was wonderful, greet you went to come in and when you leave. Please, Please, take my word and stop down to Prime at Anthes any day of the week,(of course not Mondays)and give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Prime See you soon!!!!!

Prime choices at Prime

The experience I recieved at Prime is one of the best I have ever had. The minute you walk in you feel comfortable and welcome. The atmoshere is warm and inviting, the staff knowledgable and helpful and the food AMAZING. If you are looking for celebrating a special event or just wanting to have a last minute meal this is the place. I will definately make this a regular choice of places to eat.

Bad Service-Terrible Mussels

Horible Food, Bad Mussels that tasted like rancid fish with garlic, chicken veloute was a chicken breast with mashed potato and a teaspoon of sauce, way over priced for the quality, my steak was small and burnt and no kids meals, who is the chef here ronald Mcdonald, Save your money and Ditch this Place

Anthe's at the Lakes

The new owner has done a fine job of retaining the traditional menu and has added progressive ever changing additions. You won't be bored at the "new" Anthe's. The hostess, wait staff and bartender as well as the entertainment are attentive and very friendly. We have made this a regular stop on our "eating out" evenings
