Very clean family friendly place

I go here occassionally. they sell COLD popcorn. sometimes it is so mutilated, one would think it was Last week's Popcorn.
shame I love popcorn. They are fixing it up some though, but really need to have someone watch the film when they start to
make sure they play correctly, been in there numerous times, when movies played blurry, no sound etc. Just some little things
here and there.... can make a difference, and maybe Coupons in the Barberton Herald now and then, would be nice!

What a disappointment our trip to Lake Cinema 8 turned out to be. Let me start by saying my two kids got free movie passes from their school. So we decided to use them over Christmas break (today). We arrived and turned over the coupons and also said two adults please. They then stated that we could not use the coupons b/c they were not fulling filled out by the school. After a little arguing they would not budge. So we left! The kids were very upset b/c we were not able to see a movie today. I proceeded to call the theater again and asked to speak to the manager. No help - I then asked for the owners number. When I called Phil - the owner - I explained the situation and what happened. He asked if he should accept Regal coupons - I said no but you should accept your own coupons. He said that he did not have time for this.(actual quote)How rude! I said I am the customer and you should have time for me. I again stated that we would not be back. You should not give this theater your business. Travel to Canton and go to Movie 10. Their movies are only $1.00 and 2.50.
