Primavera's Ristorante

Four of us went here to eat. After about ten minutes we were seated at a booth. We sat for about 15 minutes and finally flagged down the owner to ask for drinks, which he got for us. After sitting another 20 minutes we stopped a bus girl and asked if we could get a waitress. She told a waitress who acted shocked that we hadn't been waited on. After another 10 minutes of sitting with no service we threw some money on table to cover the drinks and left. We went to Sylvesters and were treated very well with great food as always. I will never go back to Primaveras and I will tell others about the treatment we got.

This restaurant has great food. The service is not the best I've seen. I also think that it is a little over priced just because I know that italian is the cheapest food to make, but the food was really good. Stuffed ravioli is my favorite.

We went in for dinner on Sunday night and were very disappointed with the service. We actually ended up paying for our drinks and leaving before even ordering dinner. I called after we had left to speak with a manager about our experience and was told the waitress was just overwhelmed. She didn't seem overwhelmed , and in this business, if you are so overwhelmed that you cannot be courteous to your patrons, then maybe it's time to look into a job where you don't have to deal with people . We were very dissatisfied . We were however offered a complimentary appetizer but having had this experience, we do not feel that we want to visit again . There are many other restaurants to have a great dinner and friendly service.
