Oversold and overcrowded is the experiance I had at the HOB in Cleveland. I could not even see the stage and was harassed by staff just for trying to find a place to stand way in the back where I could see the show. Finally gave up and left after complaining to management who were no help at all. All this place cares about is your money NOT You. Stay away and save your money for a facility were you can see the show and are treated with some respect by their employees and management. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
