Having received numerous positive reviews from Cleveland Scene and The Cleveland Free Times, Chef Josh Kabat has developed a unique menu featuring big, sassy flavors with an asian twist. Michael Symon, Iron Chef and owner of Lola Restaurant, was quoted saying, "Josh Kabat who I referred to as Meat when he worked with me owns a great gastropub called ReddStone and is also doing a great job with some of the best pub food in the city."
