The Caddie Shack Grille at Spring Valley Golf & Athletic Club

Spring Valley has been extremely busy improving their already magnificent course a into a beautifully sculpted & challenging championship golf course. The stunning course redesign is not the only new and exciting renovation being made at Spring Valley that you simply must come see for yourself. The clubhouse, reception & banquet facility, along with the entire lower level has undergone a major renovation of it's own. On the ground level we are proud to introduce the recently constructed "Caddie Shack" Pub and Restaurant, uniquely designed utilizing the brick archways and stone foundation from the remains of the mansion that once stood here. Spring Valley's ballroom, reception & banquet facility has been entirely remodeled and expanded and can now accommodate seating for up to 400 guests. With panoramic views of the championship golf course, Black River Valley and the pool side dining room/terrace which is now accessible via french doors from the main dining area you will not find a more beautiful setting for your wedding, golf outing or other catered social event.
