The Morning Buzz is a monthly speaker breakfast series, which aims to connect small- and medium-sized businesses by facilitating the exchange of ideas and strategies for business growth and success. On Friday, August 10, 2018, join us to hear Craig Freeman, Legal Shield, present “Cybercrime and Identity Theft Prevention…Don’t be the Next Victim.”
Come learn how to protect your company from becoming a victim of Identity theft, including the dangers of public Wi-Fi use, twin tower attacks, hacking techniques and the “don’t click” rule that is violated daily. You will also learn about the five major types of ID theft, and participants will better understand how the Eastern European Bloc and China make a strong living defrauding Americans on a daily basis.
Craig is part of a group that’s been researching the identity theft epidemic for over 12 years. Due to their findings, they’re on a mission to raise public awareness. He’s conducted hundreds of educational workshops throughout the United States. Beyond identity theft, Craig has empowered business owners and their team members with a professional resource that protects their legal rights, mitigating workplace absenteeism when life events occur, allowing them to “Worry Less and Live More.”
Craig enjoys serving as a board member for NSME of Akron/Canton, an Ambassador for the Greater Akron Chamber and Group Leader for B2B Connect-Rootstown. Craig also service as VP of Identity Theft Solutions & Corporate Trainer for SACS Consulting/Investigative Services, Inc.
