The Children’s Yoga and Relaxation class explores yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness. This is a great opportunity for children to learn how to unwind from the daily hustle and bustle of life. All of our special programs and events are free and open to survivors and family members touched by cancer.
