Children and teens (ages 5-15) will utilize martial arts skills not only as a physical outlet for coping with a loved one’s cancer, but also to develop a sense of achievement, power, and control. This program will expand the participant’s positive energy and teach them physical, emotional, and spiritual defense—all while boosting self-esteem! Children are required to wear loose and comfortable clothing. Class size is limited to 8. RSVP REQUIRED. Call for additional information and reservations.
