Aladdin's Eatery

This is for the Hudson location. There are now many Aladdin's. The Hudson location is more pretentious than the Highland Square location, as might be expected, but also has a lot more seating.

Positive
-For the quality, inexpensive
-For vegetarians, a lot of good choices
-For fans of inexpensive middle east food, a lot of good choices
-For everyone, a lot of good choices
-Amazing desserts
-Great vegetable soup

Negative
-Service here can be spotty
-True story. I started chocking here on an onion skin, to the point 911 had to be called. The staff and manager showed almost no concern, during or after. No one offered to pick up the check, or even take something off for what I could not eat because I ended up choking on it. Maybe it was a liability thing, but you would think a little human concern was in order.

-Big positive, the food is good enough that I still go back after that.
