"Dis-Clue-Sure" 3 Hour Core Law or Elective

The "Dis-Clue-sure" course is a board game like Monopoly,
developed by an Errors and Ommisions Insurance company to create "fun" in learning "actions" that may cause errors and ommisions claims. Playing the game will excite the participants spirit of competition and enthusiasm.
The first half is the board game, then we go into (after a break) more of a "who wants to be a millionaire" format...asking questions of the "winners" of each of the table games. They may ask for a lifeline to their table… Show more team members. At the end of that segment the floor is opened to all participants to ask questions. Suggestion: Previous course sponsors have provided prizes for the "winners" and of course a grand prize for the ultimate final winner. You could ask your affiliate sponsors (Title Companies, Lenders, Home Inspectors, etc.)to help provide prizes. You don't "have to" provide these things...but it sure makes for a fun learning event! The number of prizes needed would be determined by the number of "tables" set up for the game. At least 4 to a table...better is 6, max is 8 to a game board.
