We had a table of seven and every single person had a wonderful experience at this very cozy restaurant. Our food was great and the service was exceptional. We loved the room and the music. We would recommend this restaurant to our friends and family.
My husband and I decided to try this new restaurant in Twinsburg. This was the worst dining experience we have had for a long time. Ordered crab legs with rice pilaf and my husband ordered the 16 oz pork chop. Well the food all came to the table cold to the touch. No butter served with crab - had to wait another 5 - 10 minutes for the server to return with the butter. By now crab legs were rubbery and cold. When I received the butter it was cold too. The rice tasted days old with old rubbery corn and peas mixed in the chewy blob. Then my husband cut into the chop which was actually completely raw. Looked as if it were pan seared for 1 minute on each side. Actually raw and cold. Sent the chop back only to wait over 20 minutes and still hadn't been brought to the table. Told them to keep the chop - they removed from the bill but the total meal was disgusting and with tip cost us $50. Went home and made hotdogs in the microwave which were far more delicious than the food we just went out to enjoy. Very expensive and horrible.
Great food and service - Fireside Lobster and Chop
I've been to this local eatery several times over the last month. The food has been consistently excellent, even on the busiest nights. The wait staff is both friendly and attentive to diners. I have been in on nights when every seat was occupied and never felt neglected by the staff.
Head Chef Barry can often be seen in the dining room personally attending to hungry customers. I highly recommend this newly opened establishment to all who enjoy good food and service in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
